Staff Focus - Educational Initiative in PNG
Four delegates from the College (Mrs Beth McMillan, Mr Matthew Wilson, Ms Jade Tildsley and Ms Rayleigh Keith) had the privilege to spend International Women’s Day with 12 PNG schools and Australian Partner schools in Port Moresby. This was the culmination of a week of professional learning with Australian teachers working alongside PNG educators, to develop stronger partnerships and supporting PNG provinces in the successful implementation of both a new standard based curriculum and STEM curriculum in the 12 National Schools of Excellence. This educational initiative builds intercultural understanding within both Australian and PNG communities.
