Year 12 Geography Excursion

St Paul's Year 12 Geography students travelled to Cassegrain Winery for their case study focused on Viticulture and Wine Making. The students were given a guided tour of the winery and Alex Cassegrain, Senior Winemaker, very generously spent time with the group explaining the process from grape to bottle. This experience was invaluable to the students and their HSC studies. We are very grateful to Alex from Cassegrain Wines for his time and sharing his wisdom.
